► Easy, 5-Step, Remote Start Plug-In Installation:
Step 1: Unplug your vehicle's gateway connector found right behind your vehicle's OBD2 diagnostic plug on the lower left side of the driver's side dash (see photos below) and plug it into the female plug on the T-harness, and then replace the gateway plug with the gateway plug from the T-harness...
Step 2: Next, plug the blue plug from the T-harness into the blue plug on the remote starter module...in response, the RED LED on the module will light up, indicating that it's receiving power...
Step 3: Now you need to turn on the system: With your eyes on the red LED, turn the ignition ON (don't start the vehicle); in response, the RED LED will turn to Solid Green and then turn off; after you see this, turn the ignition OFF; exit the vehicle, close all the vehicle's doors, and lock the doors with the vehicle's remote...
Step 4: Time to test remote start activation: Slowly press LOCK 3 times on your keyless entry remote: After the vehicle remote starts, let it test run for at least a minute. Now, unlock the vehicle with your remote, enter the vehicle, and press & release the vehicle's brake pedal. In response, the engine will shut down.
Step 5: Lastly, secure the remote start module and harness up under the driver's dash using the supplied zip ties. DONE!
