TheX6VSSComplete is available in the Vehicle Specific System platform (VSS) for virtually hundreds of different Years, Make & Models of vehicles seen on the road today. The VSS platform provides a much faster & easier understood installation compared to the "universal" type systems commonly available today. A VSS platform eliminates the need to wire the system for the specific vehicle its going to be installed into andprovides a VSS guide that indicates, step-by-step, which wire from the system goes to what wire in the vehicle, where that wire is in the vehicle, and how to verify it (test it) using the supplied test probe.

Safety Double Pulse Remote Start Activation: The remotes STAR button has to be pressed 2X within 3 seconds to activate the remote starter feature (This feature can be changed to just 1 press if desired).
Remote Keyless Entry: This system will lock and unlock a vehicles existing power door locks by remote (Vehicle must be equipped with factory power door locks).
Horn Confirmation: Locking, Unlocking or during Remote Start activation, the system will pulse the vehicles horn for a audio confirmation (This feature can be turned OFF if desired)
Quick Stop Mode: This feature allows the vehicle to remain running after the key has been removed from the ignition. This feature is useful for occasions when you wish to exit and lock the vehicle for short periods of time but would like to leave the motor running and the heat or AC ON.
Anti-Grind Circuit: Included installer option. External pre-wired relay that will prevent the vehicles starter from grinding against the flywheel if the ignition is turned to the start/crank position when the vehicle is running by the remote starter system.
Parking Lights Flash: Locking, Unlocking or during Remote Start activation, the system will pulse the vehicles parking lights for a visual confirmation. The parking lights will remain on solid when the vehicle is running via the remote starter.
Pathway Illumination: The system will turn on the vehicles parking lights for 30 seconds after the doors have been remotely unlocked and for 10 seconds after they have been locked (This feature can be turned OFF if desired).
Car Finder Feature: Locate your vehicle in crowded parking lots. Activating the Car Finder Feature will pulse the vehicles horn 4X and flash the vehicles parking lights.
Panic Mode: Holding the remotes lock button down for 3 seconds will activate the systems panic mode in case of emergency which will rapidly pulse the vehicles horn.
20 Minute Remote Start Run Time: Installer adjustable to 5, 10 or 30 minutes.
Diesel Compatible: 10 second Glow-Plug warm up delay. Installer adjustable to 15 or 20 seconds.
Built-In 3 Minute Turbo Timer Cool Down Mode: Installer Adjustable to 1 or 5 minutes.
3 Hour Auto Start Ability: The X6 VSS system can be set to automatically remote start a vehicle every 3 hours. Installer adjustable to every 2 hours.
Safety Remote Start ON/OFF Toggle Switch: Supplied switch that when it is placed in the OFF position, turns OFF the remote starter feature of the system, yet allows the keyless entry functions enabled.
Remote Power Trunk, Hatch or Back Glass Activation.
2 Car Capability: The 5 button remotes supplied with this system can control a second X6 VSS system that's installed in another vehicle.
OEM (Factory) Alarm Disarm Output: The X6 VSS Remote's will control factory installed alarm systems.
Auto Lock before Remote Start: If the X6 VSS Remote Starter is activated and the vehicles doors are unlocked, the X6 VSS system will automatically lcok the vehicle doors before remote starting.
Complete Installation Kit: Any needed Bypass Kit for the specific vehicle is Included. All Connectors, Wiring, Hardware, Relays, Diode's and/or Resistor's Needed for the Specific Vehicles Installation is Supplied and Pre-Wired In. Also included with every VSS order: An Air-Bag & Computer Safe LED Style Test Probe is also provided to assist you in verifying the needed wires in the Vehicle.
