The Marksman X3 VSS RKE Unit is available in virtually hundreds of different Vehicle Specific Kits. A vehicle specific kit provides a much faster & easier understood installation compared to the "universal" type systems offered today. A VSS kit eliminates the need to pre-wire the system for the specific vehicle its going to be installed into.
Step-by-Step Vehicle Specific installation guide that indicates which wire from the system goes to what wire in the vehicle, where that wire is in the vehicle, and how to verify (test) it using the kits supplied test probe.
Includes 2 x Four Button Remote Transmitters
Remote Door Lock/Unlock: Lock & Unlock your vehicles existing power door locks by remote control.
Power Trunk/Hatch Release Control: This can activate a vehicles existing power trunk, hatch or back glass by remote control (Included installer option)
Up to 500 Feet of Remote Control Range
Flashing Parking Lights: This system will flash the vehicles parking lights anytime one of the remotes are used.
Horn Confirmation: This system will pulse the vehicles horn anytime one of the remotes are used.
Silent Lock & Unlock Option: The system can silently lock or unlock the vehicles doors (and just flash the parking lights) by pressing both buttons on the remote at the same time. (Or this connection doesn't have to be made if no horn pulse is desired at all)
Panic Mode: Not a car alarm system, but a way to bring attention to your vehicle in compromising situations.
Programming Button: Supplied plug-in type switch, used in case of remote loss or damage, new remotes can be programmed to replace & erase damaged, lost or stolen remotes.
Vehicle Specifically Order: You will be asked to indicate the Year, Make & Model of the vehicle you plan on installing this system on during checkout.
Complete Installation Kit: All the Connectors, Wiring, Hardware, Split-Loom etc. needed to Complete the Installation is Included: Any Relays, Diode's and/or Resistor's Needed for the Specific Vehicles Installation is Supplied and Pre-Wired In. Also included with every VSS order: An Air-Bag & Computer Safe LED Style Test Probe is also provided to assist you in verifying the needed wires in the Vehicle. Includes complete instructions on how to use it to verify each & every wire needed to connect to in the vehicle.
