  • The CA-530 VSS Unit is available in the VSS platform for virtually hundreds of different Years, Make & Models of vehicles seen on the road today. The VSS platform provides a much faster & easier understood installation compared to the "universal" type systems commonly available today. A VSS platform eliminates the need to wire the system for the specific vehicle its going to be installed into and provides a VSS guide that indicates, step-by-step, which wire from the system goes to what wire in the vehicle, where that wire is in the vehicle, and how to verify it (test it) using the supplied test probe.

  • 2 x Clearly Labeled 4 Button Remote Controls in a very nice Black Carbon Fiber finished cases (See above right picture) Top left button: Lock doors, Top right: Unlock (or Press & Hold to Pop Trunk open), Bottom Left Button: Quickly Press & Release will Beep your Vehicles Horn 4X and Flash the Parking Lights 4X to help locate your vehicle in crowded parking lots (or Press & Hold to set off the PANIC MODE in case of some needed emergency attention) and finally press & release the bottom right button (blue) and the parking lights will flash 1X to indicate that you activated the Remote Starter feature. Then, the parking lights will turn ON solid after the vehicle has remote started to indicate that your vehicle is running via the remote starter system.

  • Parking Lights Indication: The system flashes the parking lights everytime the remote is used. And turns the parking lights on solid when the vehicle is running via the remote start feature.
  • Illuminated Entry: Turns on interior lights when the doors are unlocked via the remote.
  • Built-In Anti Grind Circuit: Prevents the starter from "grinding" against the flywheel in case the vehicle is accidentally cranked with a key when already running by the remote starter.
  • Built-In Anti-Theft/Starter-Kill Circuit: Will prevents the vehicle from being started with a key or "hot-wired" when the doors are locked with one of the CA-530 VSS remotes.
  • Horn Pulse when Remote Start is Activated (This feature can be turned OFF if desired)
  • Panic Mode w/RPS: (Random Pulsed Sound) Horn Output.
  • Safety Remote Starter ON/OFF Switch: Small toggle switch that mounts under the driver side dash that can turn off the remote starter feature when servicing the vehicle to prevent any accidental remote start operation. All other features remain active.
  • Adjustable Tachless Mode with Crank Averaging or Tach Mode w/Overrev Protection (Our standard pre-set mode is tachless)
  • Progressive Car Finder: Helps locate your vehicle in crowded parking lots. "Progressive" means the system will sound the vehicles horn a little louder each time the car finder feature is activated.

  • 2 Remote Start Run Times: Installer programmable from 24 Minutes (Default time) to 12 Minutes.
  • Diesel Compatible: 3 Adjustable delayed start times for glow-plug warming: 10, 15 or 20 seconds (10 seconds is our standard pre-set delay time)
  • Quick Stop Mode: This feature will allow the vehicle to keep running after the keys have been removed from the ignition while still maintaining complete remote control of door lock & unlocking.
