AutoAlarmPro.com Limited Warranty:
AutoAlarmPro.com will repair or replace, solely at our discretion, any VSS system sold by AutoAlarmPro.com or its directly associated parts for a period of 1 Year from date of delivery. Components must be found to fail from manufacturer defect and/or from under normal everyday operation. 1 Year on Parts or Accessories sold separately. AutoAlarmPro.com will not honor any direct consumer or 3rd party determinations of product performance alone for basis of a warranty exchange.

All Products Purchased from AutoAlarmPro.com must be determined defective or incompatible by an AutoAlarmPro.com representative before any warranty service will be provided.

Product Warranty Assistanceor Installation Support is easily requested and obtained by calling AutoAlarmPro.coms Technical Department at 1-586-203-8595 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week and providing the purchase ORDER ID number.

Absolutely No Returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number issued by an AutoAlarmPro.com representative. Any parts, accessories, full VSS systems or their associated parts etc. returned without prior authorization will be treated as abandoned.

Warranty Procedure within 60 Days of Purchase Date:
Any system and their associated parts or parts and/or accessories sold separately found to be defective by an AutoAlarmPro.com representative within the first 60 days of the purchase date will be replaced directly by AutoAlarmPro.com by supplying the replacement part via USPS with a pre-paid return shipping label for the defective part. Defective parts not returned to AutoAlarmPro.com within 10 USPS delivery days will void any & all further warranty and/or product support.

Warranty Procedure after 60 Days of Purchase Date:
Any system and their associated parts or parts and/or accessories sold separately found to be defective by an AutoAlarmPro.com representative after 60 days of the purchase date and still within warranty will be replaced directly by AutoAlarmPro.com. The defective part must first be returned to AutoAlarmPro.com at senders expense in exchange for the replacement part. Warranty exchanges will be returned and shipped via USPS pre-paid, courtesy of AutoAlarmPro.com.

All Coverage is Limited to Defective Parts Replacement Only and excludes any and all incidental and consequential damages therewith including, but not limited to, installation labor, removal and/or re-installation costs. No refunds are provided for reasons of inability to perform the required installation, privately or professionally, including inability to complete installation due to defective product. AutoAlarmPro.com reserves the right to provide warranted products with replacement(s) equal to, or greater than the original item purchased or a pro-rated refund will be issued if a specific model or system becomes unavailable due to OEM design changes or if the product is no longer manufactured. Any & All Warranties will be rendered void if the manufacturer of the specific product has claimed bankruptcy and/or is no longer doing business in the USA. Furthermore, since the VSS products & services AutoAlarmPro.com provides are specialty made-to-order, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is shipped. While we are willing to consider certain circumstances, please note that in order to protect the integrity of our offerings, all refund requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and would be subject to cancellation, shipping & set-up labor fees. Absolutely no amount of monetary reimbursements are considered after 60 days of purchase.
