30 Day Quality Control Guarantee/Return Policy:
All electronic systems and/or components purchased from AutoAlarmPro.com that are still in the original condition as received can be returned for a refund within 30 days from date of delivery (excluding clearance items) minus S&H. After 30 days, all sales final. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (Call: 1-586-677-9580 24/7 for an RA#) Refunds are then provided within 60 days from date of purchase. Any components altered or damaged from its delivery state including systems attempted to be installed cannot be accepted for return. Altered electronic systems or components cannot be re-sold nor returned to the manufacturer. Only warranty replacement is available thereafter. Any product returned without prior arrangements thru AutoAlarmPro.com will be treated as abandoned. Any arranged returns found with any missing components, manuals etc. will be additionally deducted from the refund amount anticipated.

AutoAlarmPro.com VSS System 2 Year Warranty:

AutoAlarmPro.com will repair or replace any vehicle specific system purchased from AutoAlarmPro.com and any of its directly associated parts for a period of 2 Years from date of delivery thats found to fail under normal everyday wear and tear conditions. 1 Year on Parts & Accessories sold separately. All clearance items sales final, posted warranty repair or replacement only.

Quality Control:
Every component sold by AutoAlarmPro.com is QC bench tested for proper performance before shipping. In the rare event that a component is found to fail within 30 days from delivery AutoAlarmPro.com will provide the replacement component via USPS priority mail with a return shipping label for the defective component. If replacement component promptly repeats the identical problem initially claimed after re-installation of new replacement component the situation will be determined "defect caused by application" and will void any additional replacement or warranty of that component until, if ever, the issue is resolved by the installer and/or purchaser within the warranty period. Component failure after 30 days of delivery must be found to fail under normal wear & tear everyday operation after successful installation had been completed and the system was found to perform properly prior to any reported function loss.

AutoAlarmPro.com will not honor any direct consumer or 3rd party determination of product malfunction alone for basis of a warranty repair or exchange. An AutoAlarmPro.com technician must make the defect determination via telephone or email first before a warranty return process can be made. Any product returned without prior arrangements thru AutoAlarmPro.com will be treated as abandoned. This warranty does not extend to coverage of the products failure from improper installation, alteration, accident, misuse or acts of nature or transfer. Furthermore, this warranty does not assume or is responsible for any labor costs (if any) for the removal and/or reinstallation of any product found to be defective. Cost of transportation to AutoAlarmPro.com for the repair or replacement after 30 days of purchase is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

*AutoAlarmPro.com is an authorized distributor and not the manufacturer of the automotive aftermarket components provided and can only replace a component or system sold by AutoAlarmPro.com within the 2 year warranty period as long as the component is still being manufactured and/or provided by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). In the rare event that a part or model has been discontinued by the OEM, AutoAlarmPro.com will provide any available means and/or information to the consumer regarding warranty replacement either thru AutoAlarmPro.com or directly with the OEM. If any failed component still under warranty becomes totally irreplaceable due to being discontinued by the manufacturer or the manufacturer going out of business, a completely new system of equal or greater value will be provided at no additional cost to our customer or a pro-rated refund can be arranged, whichever the customer prefers.

Systems offered on AutoAlarmPro.com will provide all the features and functions as described on our web site only. Any optional and/or expandable features or functions information provided in universal OEM operators/installation manuals or obtained by any other means are not supported by AutoAlarmPro.com.
